Sometimes it really takes great amount of strength to face the draw backs of reality. You can't spend the rest of your life thinking of the ideal and suppress the real. Never is it healthy to assume. Like how my professor in Educ Psych told us way back in 2nd year: "To assume is to make an ASS between U an ME". How can I object to that? I was never a fan of it to begin with. It takes the shit out of me. It's NOT healthy to assume, again, IT IS NOT HEALTHY, especially if you're dead unsure of the things happening around you, and so is being too unfeeling of the situation. To assume is to set standards. The standards that one day, you'll be able to have a grasp of it. But when failure taints the picture, it takes a great toll on you. The consequences might be even more detrimental, not only to yourself, but also to the person involved. So what to do when you're feeling that assuming slowly devours your psyche? Think of some other things. It's the easiest quick fix. When you got all things straightened up, then, confront the situation. Let situations heal vague dimensions. Then, the rest would follow. Hopefully..
